FAQ #10: How Long Does a DUI Case Take?

DUI cases typically wrap up within one year of the day of the offense. If blood is taken, there's usually about a two-month wait before you actually even get to the court to litigate your DUI.

Once you're there, it's really somewhat court dependent, lawyer dependent, and case dependent on how long it takes. Good results can sometimes take time. We spend whatever time is required to get those good results. Whether it'd be 30 days or 300 days.

We spend all the necessary time in getting a good result for you.
